Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Hudson’s Holistic Health, all coaching sessions are booked with the intention of providing you with a focused, personalised experience. To ensure fairness and respect for both client and coach time, the following booking and cancellation terms apply:

1️⃣ Booking Policy

  • All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

  • Session times are limited and reserved exclusively for you.

 

2️⃣ Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule your session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the original appointment time.

  • Rescheduling can be done once per session by contacting Hudson directly via email or through the online booking platform.

  • Once a session has been rescheduled, no further rescheduling or refunds can be offered.

 

3️⃣ Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • No cancellations or refunds are available for booked or scheduled sessions.

  • Missed appointments or sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered forfeited and cannot be credited or refunded.

 

4️⃣ Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session will end at the scheduled time to respect other client's appointments.

  • Full session fees still apply.

 

5️⃣ Agreement

By booking a session with Hudson’s Holistic Health, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
